Delivery is only available in NY/NJ areas. The delivery charge to be determined by the distance and availability.

You can always pick up flowers by yourself, just contact our customer service team member about place and time.

Can I Schedule an L’île aux Fleur Rose Delivery for a Specific Time and Date?

You can choose the exact date you wish for your arrangement to be delivered during the ordering process. 

The specific time of delivery is highly dependent on the courier and what the most optimal route for an area might be. As such, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time.

We offer same day delivery in the NY and NJ areas for an extra rush charge. The charge for same day rush delivery depends on our current order volume and the time you place an order. If your address is in our hand delivery zone you will see a countdown clock letting you know how much time you have to place your order to get it today.  

Yes. There is an option to pick up your arrangement upon checkout. Please specify that on your order and you can either come pick it up at our boutique on Staten Island, NY or a mutually agreed location.

Unfortunately, we do not currently ship but we are working on shipping nationwide and to more than 50 international countries! Stay tuned.

Satisfaction of our customers is always a priority. Please allow us at least 12 hours for your order to be complete. If you want same day delivery, the order should be placed by 10am. The latest delivery time – by 7pm.
